We are excited to announce a new opportunity to ensure our programming remains accessible! Amplify Life has created a monthly scholarship form designed to support families with the cost of programming. This form is a request to help pay for programming, not cover the full cost. Our goal is to break down financial barriers, because we never want finances to prevent anyone from joining programs!

This scholarship is intended for individuals who do not currently receive SRC funding and need assistance with programming costs.

Deadlines: The scholarship form is due by the 5th of the month you are requesting assistance.

For example: If you are requesting a scholarship for October, the form must be submitted online or emailed to ashley@amplifylife.org by October 5th.

Please note that not every scholarship request can be granted each month. We will do our best to support the needs of clients and families to ensure they can participate in our programs.
