How to Get Started

1. Call the office. Reach us at (775) 827-3866 to learn more about Amplify Life.
2. Schedule a client intake. Every new client starts with an in-person intake. Use our scheduling form to see our availability for client intakes and registering for Amplify Life programming. You MUST use this link to schedule an appointment with our staff.
3. Come see us. Once the form is filled out, the office staff will be alerted and ready for your arrival date and time!

Who We Serve

We serve teens and adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, ages 14 and up. Amplify Life does not age out, though some programs have their own age limits. Diagnoses of our clients include but are not limited to: Autism, Down syndrome, Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity, processing disorders, bipolar disorder, depression, Cerebral Palsy, traumatic brain injuries, and various intellectual disabilities.

Good to Know

• Register in advance. All clients must be registered before the program they attend, through their CampBrain account. Registration closes the day before each program.
• Sign in and out. All clients must be signed in and out of programs by a parent or caregiver.
• 1:4 staff ratio. If your participant needs 1:1 support, they must attend with an adult who can support them.
• Transportation. Amplify Life does not provide transportation, but clients can use RTC Access. Please schedule pick-up 30 minutes before the program ends.
• Program fees. All clients pay for the programs they attend, and prices vary by program.
