Our Staff

Jessica Davis, M.Ed.

Executive Director

Jessica holds a Master of Arts in Special Education and a teaching license in Special Education, and worked in the Washoe County School District for 8 years in different special education classrooms. She volunteered with Amplify Life for many years at WORKS! camps and programs before becoming Executive Director in 2019. Since then, she has started Café Canteen and other dynamic programs. Jessica is a University of Nevada, Reno alumna and played volleyball for the Pack.

Kennedy Blank, B.S.W.

Program Coordinator

Kennedy graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. She started her internship with Amplify Life in August 2021, fell in love with our population, and continues to have a passion for advocacy. She has seven years of experience working in a daycare as a teacher and administrator, and has been part of the Amplify Life team since May 2022.

Taylor Cheney, M.P.H.

Fundraising Coordinator

Taylor is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno with a Master’s Degree in Public Health. While at UNR, she gained a passion for advocacy and supporting people with disabilities. She has experience as a Registered Behavior Technician working with all ages. She loves fundraising and has been part of the Amplify Life team since February 2023.

Ashley Cole, B.A.

Community Outreach Coordinator

Ashley graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She was introduced to Amplify Life through her mom, began volunteering alongside her in 2021, and completed an internship with us in spring 2024. Ashley also worked as a qualified mental health associate with children, assisting with emotional, behavioral and developmental needs.
